Everything you are about to ask.
If your question is not here, ask it on the call. We do not dance around anything.
Is this actually legal? Will USCIS approve it?+
Yes. Airbnb arbitrage qualifies as an active hospitality business under E2 - substantial investment, real operations, job creation, investor direction. The lawyer we partner with has filed this exact structure dozens of times, including Colin's own approval. Every immigration lawyer who told Colin this would not work was wrong.
How much money do I need to get started?+
Minimum $25K in liquid capital to be a fit. Most clients put $25K–$80K to work depending on how many units they want from the jump and whether furniture is bundled. We discuss the right number for your situation on the call. Pricing is never published on the site.
What if I have no business experience?+
You don't need any. Colin dropped out of high school and used to collect garbage. The point of done-for-you is that you don't have to figure anything out - we find properties, sign leases, set up the LLC, furnish, list, run guests. You direct the business; we run ops.
Why not just buy a franchise?+
You can spend $200K–$500K on a franchise you have no interest in running - laundromats, dry cleaners, sub shops - and still get denied. Or you can do this for a fraction of that and have income flowing before your visa even gets stamped. That's not a hard choice.
How long does the whole process take?+
Properties can be live and earning within 30–60 days. E2 filing depends on the embassy and country - typically 3–6 months from filing to interview. You're earning the entire time, not waiting around.
Do I have to live in the US?+
No. The E2 lets you live in the US, but you don't have to. Some clients use it just for the business and the option. Others relocate full-time. Your call.
What about my country? Am I a treaty country?+
Canada, UK, most of EU, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Mexico and many more are treaty countries. India, China, and Brazil are not - for those we walk through citizenship-by-investment alternatives. We confirm your country's status on the call.
What does 'done-for-you' actually mean?+
It means done-for-you. You do not pick the furniture, you do not negotiate the lease, you do not write the listing, you do not talk to USCIS. We handle every single step. You write the check and show up.
What if a property doesn't make money?+
We don't pick properties on guesses - we use real Airbnb data on every market and unit before signing. If a unit underperforms, we adjust pricing, listing, or relocate. You're not stuck with a bad unit and no options.
What if I get denied for the E2?+
Our lawyer has a strong approval track record using this exact business structure. We discuss the specific risk factors and outcomes on the call. We do not promise approval - we promise a properly built, properly filed case.
Is this a scam? Can I research you?+
Please do. Google Colin Wright. Check his Instagram (@agentwright, 89K+ followers, verified). Search Reddit. The more you know about us before the call, the better the conversation will be.
What if I'm 'just exploring'?+
Then we are not a fit yet. We work with people who have real capital and a real timeline. Come back when you're ready to actually move on it.
Stop researching. Start the move.
If you have at least $25K to invest and a real timeline, book a call. We'll tell you straight up if this is a fit.
